To help us understand and process your request, please provide the email address associated with your customer account or previous purchase where relevant.

Please do not send passwords, complete payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive financial information when submitting a privacy request.

Device & Account Preferences

Browser-Level and Customer-Level Requests

Some privacy preferences apply primarily to a particular browser or device because cookies and similar technologies are stored locally.

Other requests may be capable of being associated with a customer record where we can reasonably identify the relevant account or transaction.

As a result, clearing cookies, changing devices, switching browsers or using a different account may affect how certain privacy preferences are recognized.

Global Privacy Control

Certain browsers, browser extensions or privacy tools can transmit a Global Privacy Control, commonly known as a GPC signal.

Where our website technology is capable of detecting such a signal and applicable law requires us to recognize it, we will treat the signal as an applicable browser- or device-level request to opt out of covered sale, sharing or targeted-advertising activities.

A GPC signal generally relates to the browser or device transmitting the signal and may not automatically identify every other device, browser or customer record associated with the same person.

Communications

Advertising Preferences Are Separate From Order Messages

An opt-out request relating to targeted advertising does not necessarily prevent essential communications concerning an existing customer relationship.

We may still send communications that are reasonably necessary for an order or service you requested, including:

• Order confirmations.
• Payment-related notices.
• Shipping and delivery updates.
• Return or refund communications.
• Security or account notices.
• Responses to customer service inquiries.

Exercising Your Rights

Privacy Choices Should Not Reduce Your Customer Care

Where applicable law gives you a privacy right, Paqivelo™ will not unlawfully discriminate against you merely because you choose to exercise that right.

We may request information reasonably necessary to understand, verify or process a request where permitted by applicable law.

Requests Submitted on Someone Else's Behalf

Where applicable privacy law permits the use of an authorized agent, a person may be able to submit a qualifying request on another individual's behalf.

We may require reasonable proof of authorization and may also need to verify the identity of the person whose privacy rights are being exercised before completing the request.
