You may use the Paqivelo™ website for lawful personal shopping, product research and other legitimate purposes connected with our products and services.

We aim to present Paqivelo™ products as accurately as reasonably possible through photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, features and other product information.

Because screens, lighting conditions and device settings vary, colors, finishes and textures may appear slightly different in person.

Product details may be updated when designs, materials, packaging or production specifications change. Where an adjustment materially affects the product ordered, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer rights and our customer service policies.

Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the products shown in your order summary.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic order confirmation containing the order number and purchase details.

Orders may be subject to payment authorization, inventory availability and reasonable fraud or transaction verification.

If we are unable to accept or fulfill an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details provided during checkout. Where payment has already been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Product prices shown on the website may change from time to time. The price applicable to an order is the price presented during checkout when that order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine technical or obvious pricing errors where permitted by law.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.

Payment processing may be provided by authorized third-party payment processors. Paqivelo™ does not ask customers to send complete credit card numbers, card security codes or online banking passwords through ordinary customer service email.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared and delivered in accordance with the shipping timeframes and procedures published in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier operations, customs processing, weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect actual delivery timing.

Depending on inventory availability and destination, orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities.

If tracking becomes unusually inactive, a package appears to be lost, or a delivery issue occurs, customers may contact our customer care team for review. A shipment is not automatically excluded from review simply because a carrier tracking system displays a delivered status.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible Paqivelo™ products may be returned in accordance with our published Return & Refund Policy.

Our current standard return request window is 90 calendar days after delivery for eligible items.

Return eligibility, return shipping responsibility, damaged or incorrect products, return destinations and refund processing are handled according to the rules published in that policy.

Customized & Personalized Products

Certain Paqivelo™ products may be produced or finished according to customer-selected specifications.

Clearly personalized or made-to-specification products may be subject to different cancellation or return conditions where permitted by applicable law.

Any material restriction applying to such an item should be disclosed before purchase or within the applicable product and return information.

From time to time, Paqivelo™ may make promotions, reduced prices, promotional codes or limited offers available.

Individual promotions may be subject to their own eligibility, duration, product or order conditions.
